Ana Pérez, Executive Director

Ana has long been involved in struggles for human and immigrant rights, as well as economic justice in Latin America and the US. Ana and her family fled the Salvadoran civil war in the early 1980’s and she grew up in Los Angeles. She is on the steering committee of National Alliance for Latin American and Caribbean Communities and the Salvadoran American National Network.

Ronald Muñoz, Administrative Director

Ronald Muñoz has handled the agency's fiscal and administrative operations since April of 2005. He received a certificate in bookkeeping from the Center for Employment Training and has supplemented this training and his on-the-job experience by taking courses at City College of San Francisco and from CompassPoint.

Joel Streicker, Development Director

Joel has worked in non–profit resource and program development for more than a decade. He holds a BA from the University of Michigan and a PhD from Stanford University.
